Today I’m doing a look inspired by The Huntsman Evil Queen makeup. Charlize Theron, the Evil Queen, looks so amazingly gorgeous and ever since I saw the trailer last year I knew I wanted to create a look based on her look. Find out below how I create the golden smoky eyes makeup that Charlize Theron wore for the movie poster. (I apologize if I mispronounce her name!)
Obviously this is an inspired look, so certain part of the makeup has been modified to suit my eye shape and face more. I believe she probably has a lot more black eyeshadow on her lower lash line, and her crease colour extends all the way to under her brows. Oh gosh guuuuys she just looks so beautiful in the poster!!! Obviously I have to fake my cheekbones, because she obviously have amazing cheekbones, great skin and just absolutely gorgeous! From what I can tell from the poster, her makeup is very clean with focus on her beautiful eyes.
Anyways, I sprayed some setting spray on my face towards the end of the tutorial and that’s because I find that my face ended up looking a bit too powdery, so the spray helps to remove the excess powder (not recorded). Other than that, I also want to mention that if you find that the MUFE Aqua Cream (beginning of the tutorial) gets lumpy on your eyes, that’s because you’ve used too much. The Aqua Cream needs to be applied light handedly so it blends nicely into the skin.
Lastly, I applied falsies on my eyes because my lashes don’t show up on camera. These falsies are silk lashes and it’s not from any brand. I actually received this as a sample. These ones look very natural, and I love it! If you guys like it too, please contact me directly via email.
