With a red lip liner, outline the shape of your lips. Follow the natural shape of your lips. Then, fill in your lips with the same lip liner.
Apply red lipstick with a brush or straight from the tube. I found it easier to use a brush.
For a lasting colour, blot your lips with tissue, then reapply again. Repeat this step of blotting-reapplying several times until you’ve reached desired colour intensity. Using a translucent powder, apply powder to the lips.
