then, I drew outlines of the stripes all over her face using the same navy blue eyeshadow and a small angled brush. You can just draw it however you like it. I pretty much drew random stripes..Then fill the stripes in with a lighter blue colour. I think I used Ben Nye Cosmic Blue eyeshadow.
As you colour the stripes in, blend the edges as well.
