Place a spatula or a butter knife (read: BUTTER knife, not a parang knife or any sharp knife..use ONLY BUTTER KNIFE), place it in between the opening of the pot and the eyeshadow refill
You want to make sure that you are holding it firmly and get that spatula right in between the opening
