Mark where your wing is going to be for the “winged eyeliner” by using an angled brush. I “drew” an imaginary line starting from the outer corner of my lower lid to the tail of my eyebrow.
Then, I placed my small angled brush, which has a little gel eyeliner on it (MAC Fluidline in blacktrack) on the outer corner of my eyelid. The shorter side of the brush is at the bottom.
