Using the same angled brush/sponge tip applicator, apply the green eyeshadow to the inner half of the lower lid as close to the roots as possible.
Using a black pencil eyeliner, line your waterline. For the upper lashes, to make it look even fuller, use the black pencil eyeliner and draw short strokes in between the upper lashes.
