Take an angled brush, wet it with a gel sealer (not too wet) and dip it to the purple eyeshadow. Use it as an eyeliner and line your upper lid.

Take a silver eyeshadow and apply it in the middle of the lid. I used a pencil brush to apply this.
Blend
blend your eyeshadow, with a clean brush, towards the crease.
